About Us
Del-Shore Design & Build, LLC is a family owned company with 30 years experience. Todd has been involved in the home improvement industry since his teens, with his first project of a finished basement completed in 1977. Both Todd & Pam spent a number of years on the retail side of home improvement, as employees at Hechinger Company. Originally licensed in 1987, Todd & Pam moved to Delaware in July 2006 and created their new company.
Del-Shore Design & Build, LLC is licensed and insured in Delaware and Maryland, as well as many local municipalities. Locally, we are members of the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce and a Delaware Better Business Bureau Accredited Business. We are proud to also be member of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Our goal at Del-Shore Design & Build, LLC is to create a finished project that meets your needs. From the beginning, we'll work with you to create a unique room, deck, or whatever you desire. In addition, we handle all the required permits and comply with all state and local regulations.
